Terms of use

Welcome to Rona & Irena. Please read through our terms of trade carefully before placing your order. All products are sold subject to these terms and conditions. By ordering any products on this site you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 


Payments can be made through our website. We accept direct debits, credit card, and PayPal.

Payment must be paid in full at the checkout when placing an order on the Website.​


All shipping cost is complimentary for orders over $300.


Australian orders will be sent with Australia Express Post service with tracking numbers. Please allow 2-4 days for your order to arrive. All deliveries must be signed for upon arrival. If you are not available, Australia Post will leave your parcel at the closest Australia Post Office. Please note we are not liable for any items lost in transit.

International orders will be sent with Australian post international airmail with tracking numbers. Please allow 7-10 days for your order to arrive. All deliveries must be signed for upon delivery. Our international shipping prices do not include custom duties and taxes. Please ensure to check your country's regulations. Please note we are not liable for any items lost in transit.

Exchanges and returns

Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted. Please ensure to allow enough time for the items to be shipped back to us. Customer is responsible for the costs of returning the item to us. 

Return items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered, washed or dry-cleaned. All tags must remain in place. A copy of the receipt should be returned together with the items. 

We do not offer refunds unless items are deemed faulty. 

About pre-order

  •  A pre-order is an order placed upfront by the customers for products they would like to buy, and will receive weeks later.  

  • We offer preorder items in order to keep our retail prices as affordable as possible.

  • When you place your Preorder it is reserved exclusively for you and the order is placed with the manufacturer/designer. The Preorder is paid for so your item/items can be allocated to your order. 

  • Please note that time frames provided are an estimate due to production schedules. This DOES NOT include shipping time.

  • All of our orders are processed via our website. Upon fulfilling your item, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking information ( where applicable ) to the email address you provided when you made your purchase. Please be sure to check your spam and junk mail to see if there is any information regarding your order.

  • We send two emails which are the Order Confirmation email and email advising that your order has been shipped. 


Pre-order cancellation

In the occasion when a customer needs to cancel his/her order before the items are dispatched, we will offer a refund. However, a cancellation fee of AUD$30 will apply, which will cover the labour cost during the process.
